What We Do
Training + Practice
Participants learn and work for 12 months in partner companies.
Upskilling
Community workshops + learning platform (videos, tests, coaching).
Completion
Assessment + SGB Certificate → job, better position, or self-employment.

What Your Donation Enables
- Placement support: 800–1500 GHS/month per participant
- Workshops: trainers, materials, room, internet
